One 60-minute group call every week. Same shape every month: Week 1 teaching call (Ben opens the month’s pillar with a framework or principle), Week 2 hot seat (members bring real challenges to the room), Week 3 open mic and discussion, Week 4 challenge debrief and next month’s preview. Day and time get set with the founding members, picked for what protects this room of men best.
A physical or leadership challenge tied to the month’s pillar. Leaderboard inside the community. Public commitment. This is the accountability mechanism, not weekly homework drops.
