The four pillars rotate monthly: Body, Mind, Family, Adventure. Every man in the brotherhood is working the same pillar at the same time. Shared focus, shared language, shared challenge. No matter when you joined, you’re in step with the room.
One 60-minute group call every week. Same shape every month: Week 1 teaching call (Ben opens the month’s pillar with a framework or principle), Week 2 hot seat (members bring real challenges to the room), Week 3 open mic and discussion, Week 4 challenge debrief and next month’s preview. Day and time get set with the founding members, picked for what protects this room of men best.
A physical or leadership challenge tied to the month’s pillar. Leaderboard inside the community. Public commitment. This is the accountability mechanism, not weekly homework drops. Body months get fitness. Mind months get discipline reps. Family months get marriage and fatherhood action. Adventure months get the outdoors.

20 founding seats, ever. Pay once, hold your seat for life. The first 10 charter seats are priced for the men willing to build the room before it’s proven. Nine are claimed. Only 1 charter seat remains. After that the price doubles, then it goes annual.

Once the founding seats are filled, new members join at annual membership pricing. Your founding seat stays exactly where it is. That is the deal. It does not change.
